Galaxy MI bought a samsung galaxy m31s phone last feb and all of a sudden when the warranty period is over it is started autorestarting itself every 5minutes .This problem happened after an update. When i gave it to the samsung service centre they said its the motherboard issue and i have to pay 8000 for the replacement. How can it possible to have a problem soon after the warranty period ends?and when i checked with my friend who owns the sams phone had the same problem exactly 1 mnth after the warranty period. Why such a reputed company like yours playing such kind of of cheap trick to loot money from customers who invested so much of money trusting your brand.When i checked t samsung community most of thw customsrs whose mobile was m series have the sams issue. Samsung was a most trusted brand for me so i ordered that brand without thinking it twice.. Regret of buying the phone from samsung. You are cheating the customers who put the hard earned money trusting your brand by playing your cheap business tricks . Neverever buy any phonr from samsung in my life or nor recommend this brand to anyone..

Galaxy MIt was not expected from Samsung, but they launched so many phones with Exynos 9611 and now most are having issues

Galaxy Mits almost a week since i complainted regarding the issue , no responces except multiple calls and messages promising different dates for resolution. pathetic. always they will call and tell will discuss and get back and no updates after that
