My samsung  M 31 is having problem of screen freezing and frequent switching, after last update. On showing at authorized service  centre they said to replace motherboard  which will cost Rs 8200.00
any body have any solution for the same.

I also facing this problem but any solution doesn't solve this problem .

U will get an update in October which will likely fix the issue. Have u tried factory reset? Is your phone still under warranty?

Yes we have tried factory reset...but the problem is not solved yet..it's still happening. No, the phone is not under warranty
