I recently bought m31 ocean blue varient 

After 20 days today i noticed color of back panel started fading

I have used many mobiles in past with same polycarb back like redmi , realme all i didn'T faced any issue like this before

Even i am using a flip cover

Really disappointed

Same on my device galaxy M21. This is frustrating. How much money Samsung saved/earned by providing such cheap quality back panel? Samsung is not a brand now. It is third Class company now onwards.

yes in m series especially m30s,m21,m31 used very cheap quality plastic, but from m31s its improved
