My Samsung M31 is suddenly fails to charge or when plugged in there's a slight delay in charging also the time indicated for full charge varies when switch is On & Off.

Wait, the issue isn't confirmed.
So, don't buy things now.
first confirm what's wrong (cable/adapter/mobile).
To know what's wrong you have to check it out by using friends/family members charger.

There isn't any typeC charger available for me so I will have to buy it

But, if problem comes out to be adapter, then you will have spent money for cable. (which is waste of money)

Keep going your way if you don't find any other option.

Make sure that you aren't dealing with wet cables.
