Charging issue

Hey Everyone ,

 On 20th May I bought Samsung F62 and I am getting battery charging issues regularly , charging estimated time dissappears and battery percentage stucks and I am using genuine charger and cable that I got what to do..

That's because of the heating environment......it slows down the charging so that the phone doesn't get overheat same happens with my s10 plus also

Yes send feed back to samsung through error reports i think its bug

Its bug if i do fast charging then only it happens other wise not.If i disconnect my charger and connect it again it shows time for 5 m and again dissapears
