Charging issue

Recently I have purchased Galaxy M31s which is claiming to b charged 100% from 0% in approximately 97 minutes. But my device was taking almost 2 hours and 30 minutes to get fully charged. After getting an update I thought the problem will be resolved, but the issue is still live.  Now the problem is worrying me a lot. Need help.Please refer to the charging blue area part.

All set, checked all the parameters. Still facing issue.

1.Enable fast charging option from device care.
2.Try to use or keep your phone at cool place bcoz outside temperature also affect the charging of phone if temperature arise it take longer time to get full charged.

Then get your device checked at a service center because my M31s takes a dot 100 minutes to charge from 0 to 100%

Will it be a issue of power output? or will i have to switch off phone during charging?

I don't power off my device while charging. Might be am issue with the charger.
