After sending the error reports I got some more steps related to the charging issue from the developer team.
Beforehand I used to charge it while in switchoff mode and it used around 3 hrs for 0-100. One method which they suggested is to use safe mode and than charge. While charging in safe mode, it also uses the same amount for charging it and charged my phone 8% in 14mins- 15mins. So will suggest you guys to charge in safe mode and in this way you will still be able to receive and do calls in case.
FURTHERMORE, I HAVE BEEN READING AT VARIOUS PLACES THAT FACTORY RESET WILL SOLVE THE PROBLEM. FOR THAT ONLY I DID IT TODAY, BUT TRUST ME IT DIDN'T HELP.
Therefore will ask you guys to charge in SAFE mode till the time any permanent solution came from an update and charge to 80% only. As we all know it takes too much time while charging it above 80%/90%
Instead of just choosing the power off option, long press it and your device will restart and enter into safe mode. To exit out of safe mode simply restart your device.
