Charging Issue with M31.

On dated 21-03-2020, i bought this phone. While charging my phone charges very slowly i.e. 31% per hour, while other m31 phones charges 40% / hour. 

I have tried with charger of samsung m30, vice versa with my m31 charger and different electric sockets but results are same.

Note - 

1. On next day i.e. on dated 22-03-2020 on morning, i have recieved an update.

2. Fast charging was on.

3. Battery health - 88%

4. I know about the fact that, charging speed decreases when screen is on but you can see in screen off section, it shows 32% / hour. It is exclusive data of charging speed when screen is off i.e. 1,744 mA / hour.

Have you enabled fast charging in your device? Like after connecting to a charger does it displays fast charging

Check the charging speed by not using it or by turning off the screen.(Samsung phones decreases charging speed while screen is on.As you can see in Screen On section it got decreased to 900mA so you're getting less average)

Then possible causes are- a faulty charging port/faulty battery or Accubattery showing wrong info about charging speeds.

Also do few more charge cycles and then check accubattery.(0% to 100% without using it)

If your battery capacity is higher then it might be the reason for the it. Show your battery health mAh.
I use M30s and battery health is just 90%. So my battery charges at 40% /hr but your battery might have high capacity and it's taking more time.

I am not sure but the electricity provider may be the problem. Because at home I get low charging speed than my work place.
