Charging Issue in M31

Day by day, M31 is going to Poor Charging Quality.

After using 26 days, it takes 3 HOURS to complete charge from 5 to 100%. At first time it was 2.5 hrs. Then it is increased.

When anyone makes complaint to Samsung through Feedback menu, Samsung simply replies some technical guidance and finally to send Error Report. These are all good for nothing. 

I request to Samsung please update in Battery Optimization sector.

i think your are using your phone while charging. if you use mobile during charging it takes more time to charge.... that's my observation with my A71

No. I never use phone in Charging duration. Even I don't use huge app or ant high graphic game or app.
