Chargin issue

Don't know what's the problem but my samsung M31 is taking more time to charge even in fast charging....

It's taking almost 40-50 minutes for 10% of charge

I'm using original charger....but what happens if i charge when phone's chaeging level is 78-80%?

It will charge slower than fast charging, it's a tips provided by Samsung official.

Use Table fan or Ac while charging it will charge faster

Generally due to hot wheater it charges slowly
Also try using normal cable charging not fast to avoid heating

But this way battery will be damaged in the long run, phone always should be charged by their original charger provided by company.

Try this steps -
1. Try to charge your device with different samsung charger and cable, your may be damaged so try to charge with other Samsung charger and cable.
2. Wipe cache partition.
3. If u have installed any app after which this issue is happening then uninstall it.
4. Factory reset your device.
5. If it's not fixing even on Factory reset then, take your device to service center the battery or charging dock of device may be damaged.
Mark this as solution if it works.

Try to clean you Charging slot with alcohol, if not available take a sof cloth out sanatizer on that and using tooth pic clean the slot.
