Chargin issue

Don't know what's the problem but my samsung M31 is taking more time to charge even in fast charging....

It's taking almost 40-50 minutes for 10% of charge

It can be because of atmospheric temperature (High temperature)

Because even if I'm doing fast charging it is taking same time

I was also facing this same then I noticed that due to high temperature it's take to much time and in ac room or in cold environment it takes much less Time

Unfortunately no ac...!! But will try in in low temperature room

Use table fan while charging or ac

1. Charge your phone when phone temperature is normal.

2. Charge your phone when the phone has 10-40% charge.

3. Close all running background apps before charging.

4. Always charge with original Samsung charger to avoid battery damage.
