How to give feedback to Samsung developer?

In my area airtel 4g+ is working but in my Samsung m31 4g+ is not working.

How to solve this problem?

go to get help section then submit error report

bellow at Samsung members home page you will find an option in middle called as get help ....click on that ...then at bottom you will find send feedback..click on that then submit error report

Please perform the below mentioned steps to resolve the issue:

 

1. Check network operator settings
Settings > Connections > Mobile networks > Network operators > Select automatically > OK > Registered on network.

Note: We recommend to set device network operators as LTE/3G/2G (auto connect) mode.

 

For further assistance, register your concern in Samsung Members Application (Open Samsung Members Application > Get help > Send Feedback > Error report/Ask questions).
