Carrier Aggregation (CA) feature in Samsung Galaxy M42 5G

Youtuber Techy Kiran has reviewed Samsung Galaxy M42 5G phone three weeks back and the link to the youtube video is
https://youtu.be/u9jG10XX-jg. She has spoken about the existence of Carrier Aggregation on M42 5G phone (6.45 min to 7.25 min of the video). It also shows the phone displaying the Carrier Aggregation (CA) on the phone with Jio Sim 4G LTE-A 850 + 1800 frequencies tracked in the video.
It means either the Samsung review phones are CA feature unlocked and the general public only receive CA feature locked phones.

Bro M42 5G HAS carrier aggregation, even those that we get if we buy, have that feature. But the other devices don't have it, even the review units.
