Can't block device connected to hotspot

I can block devices connected to my hotspot in 7k priced Realme C11 but not in 14k Samsung M30s.

These simple things are missing on whole ui. Samsung is removing one by one slowly . Don't know why

Yeah this option is quite needed
And there should also be an option to show network speed in the top bar

Samsung is a very reputed mobile company but I don't know why did it do like this. By this features very bad impression impact on other user .
