 M30S/ M31 with 9611 - 15watts charger 

 M31s with Same 9611 - 25 watts Charger

 Note 20 ultra with 990 cost 1lack+ also supports 25 Watts charger .

Note 20 990 with 60hz refresh and plastic body cost 70k with 25 watts charger 

 This is beyond science😓😓🤦‍♂(faceplam)

Not only processor.. There are many hardware like network chipsets, charging circuit, cooling mechanism, battery, display etc..
For example in M series network chipsets used are not that good as used in A series with same 9611 processor.. In the same way other.
Also software almost all M series devices run on coreui which lacks many features.
