Do not expect every feature to low budget devices. Also special hardware mechanism should be in the mobile to get slow mo.

Guess can make a slow motion video using a PC video editor.....Cause device have 30fps recording capability

M11 haven't a gyroscope sensor .so it can't record slow motion.
