Sometime I am using general mode capturing pics 

then sometimes if captures dark photo

Increase the exposure a bit or use Pro mode for low light shots.

Are you sure? Because it certainly doesn't look like that. And I'm saying that because I own a Galaxy M31s too, and it takes good pictures in good lighting conditions. Can you share some more bright-light camera samples?

On the same device? That looks like a defective camera to me, because my device does not have any issues like this, nor have I seen people report this issue. You should contact your nearest service center asap.
