When I opened the camera app on my Samsung m30 it's crashing and device is getting hang and I can't take any pictures can anyone help me to solve this problem pls.....
1clear the camera data if already done and no result 2 reset settings (not of camera whole phone settings reset) 3 if both done no result factory data reset
Please perform the following steps to resolve the issue: 1- Camera > Settings of camera > Reset of camera settings. 2- Settings > apps > tap on 3 dots > show system apps > camera > storage > clear cache. 3- Stop the background running app (Tap on the left soft key and close all the running apps). 4- Check for the latest patch update(Settings > Software Update > Download updates manually).
