Calling Issue in Galaxy M51

There is problem while loudspeaker on. When i make a call and on loudspeaker other user not listen my voice. I have samsung M51 and noticed that while talking through ear piece on call, the person can hear my voice clearly. But if i put the call on loudspeaker, the receiver of call cant hear my voice or he hear my sound very low. Turning back to earpiece the person is able to hear me again. This is happening from the 1st day of my mobile purchase. Please help me in this issue at the earliest.

try recording some stuff from voice recorder placing device some distance away from you and check how is the the quality and volume of recording

Quality is fine through voice recording and also fine when i call or talk normal earpiece of the phone (without loudspeaker). Problem only occur when i tried to call on speaker. Other person not hear my voice clearly.

Done all are functioning correctly... i am facing only when i switch my call on speaker. Second partly either not able to hear my voice or my sound goes to him very low

all look good, i also can't say that this is network issue,
but do one thing if you have 2 sim then once try an another one in same situation and lets see

just for your information there is not network issue... because i am facing issue only when i put my call on speaker otherwise its working fine
