Call recording issue

Even after enabling auto call recording,  calls are not getting recorded in M21 phone.Please fix ASAP.

Check if you are using wifi calling, then it won't work
or
if you are using true caller then move back to default samsung dialer and try again

but problem is that ,,,, galaxy m21 not enlisted by jio as well as airtel for wifi calling features...i think he opened wifi calling toggle that's why he can't performing call recording 👻

Why this is causing issue... it should record even though wifi calling enabled....?

YES, it worked with wifi calling feature OFF for my S10.

But, why? calls should continue recording even with wifi calling feature.

I am not using true caller but yes I will check wifi calling option once. Thanks for your response
