If your device does not have a magnetometer, you could still use a compass app that runs on GPS.

Download the Accurate Compass app by clicking on the following link.

I checked can't use compass in M12. you need to have magnetic sensor on your phone.

Some of the features are exclusive to the flagship and some of mid range devices. But if it's a software limitation, we can get help from alternative 3rd party apps. But campus is a hardware limitation.
