go to Settings > System > Advanced> Reset Options > Reset Wi-fi, mobile & Bluetooth. For Android device, you'll have to unpair all of your devices (go to Setting > Bluetooth, select the info icon and choose Forget This Device for each device) then restart your phone

Hi... could have few reasons. First, does your device works fine with other Bluetooth devices or speaker? Have you checked the Bluetooth speaker by connection to a different phone?

If your Bluetooth devices are not connecting, this is likely because the devices are out of range, or are not in pairing mode. If you are experiencing persistent Bluetooth connection issues, try rebooting your devices, or have your phone or tablet "forget" the connection.
Watch the video to learn more about how to fix Bluetooth on your Galaxy device that fails to connect or pair with speakers by clicking on the link mentioned below.
