Hello
I just wanna know is anyone else facing a problem in Samsung m31s that Bluetooth earphone are disconnecting frequently and then connecting automatically
If anyone solved this issue please let me know any tips regarding this matter would be great

Please follow these instructions here > 
1. Settings > Apps >click on 3dot at right top corner>Show System Apps > search for Bluetooth Share / Bluetooth Test > Storage > Clear cache/data.


2. Reset network settings >Settings>General Management>Reset >Reset network settings)

and lets see

you can also once reset your bluetooth earphone

i did this already, even i replaced the earphones with the new one but problem is still there

so if you have done all , then do visit service centre if possible

- Check Reset app preferences:- Settings > Apps > More option or Tap three dots > Reset App Preferences.

Note: Please send device log files within 15 minutes of issue occurrence along with the exact issue details.
