My friend using Samsung M30s were he put some numbers in blocked call.
And also he activated smart call forward feature in mobile so when one sim don't have network, calls will be forwarded to another sim.
Blocked call not getting blocked when any one sim don't have network. Were calls successfully forwarded to another sim even called number was in blocked list.
Not sure how frequent this happening as observed 2 to 3 times.
Please perform the following steps to resolve the issue:
1- Check for the latest device O/S (Settings > Software Update > Download updates manually).
