Black photos while capturing M21

While I capturing photos sometimes photos get black with watermark could anyone please tell me the reason and I don't use any other third party application for clicking photos only Samsung inbuilt camera I am using and please tell me what causes the photos to appear black but not every time but sometimes.

Might be a bug in the software. Can be fixed via update.

okay will wait this is my new phone just 5 days old

this is a minor issue and I am not concerned about. The main issue I am facing is Network connectivity. Too many call drops and even having connectivity issues while official meetings using wifi.

yes and it goes with resetting to default settings for some time

After updating the Software on Aug 1 week .The same issue i also facing ..When capturing photos Only Black picture i can see it in Gallery..

Any solutions to solve this issue .

I'm facing the same issue, whenever capturing any photo after some times gap, the first capture becomes black, even there is a minor line of pixel in some photos appears uneven. solve it asap. its very dissappoing. Give us the solution!
