Biggest issue

In m20 having a issue. Its automatic touch and freeze  display issue. After i press power button and re press then its working fine. After some time this same issue come. May be its software issue.
Please solve as soon as possible. If its hardware 
Issue then give me suggestion what i do next. I have 2 mobiles same issue in both mobiles.

Not Samsung. It's from M series.
