Look like bug fixes and security improvements

WHY IS THERE NO ONE UI 3.1?

Edit: The release notes don't mention it but the update is quite large because it is ONE UI CORE 3.1. The update seems stable but there a lot of UI stutters/lags. If time permits I will post a mini summary review.

they never mentioned ui 3.1 in any 3.1 update except for phones like m51 which directly got oje ui 3.1

Also Russia doesn't mention One UI 3.1 update for A51, just Russian Federation

Samsung has also agreed to install government apps for Russia to be installed by default for Russian versions. They cannot be removed without ADB
