Battery issue

After July security update battery drain is high in galaxy m30s.It doesnt looks like 6000 mah and it actually comes around 5hrs screen on time..Please fix the bug in next update.

ok hopefully will solve in next update but as of now do these settings to save more battery life
1. Connection>more connections settings> disable nearby device settings

2. Location>improve accuracy >disable
A. Wifi scanning
B. Bluetooth scanning .

3. Google >click on 3dot>usage and diagnostics >off this option

4. developer option >background limit>no background processes.

5. Long press on each app specially 3rd party and rarely used app>app info>

A. Mobile data> allow background data usage>off

B. Battery >allow background activity >off

C. Notification >disable unnecessary notifications like promotional and unnecessary reminder notifications.

6. Device care>battery >select "optimised and adaptive power saving.

but why I have to do this if before update it was fine with current state. then it should last longer now too

5hrs are you a heavy gamer or what?
Deep sleep drain increased but no difference in regular usage. In my case 60% charge easily gives 9+hrs SoT with combined use of 3+ hrs gaming and streaming, other stuff.
If you are a gamer then don't ever touch developer options background limit..

Can u mention whether it is online or offline game..

I only play wcc3 2-3hrs offline... 1hr online.. And according to developers even in offline it continues use data/ WiFi to sync. So I think 2-3 comes under online too... With realme pods and bt headset.
