Battery drainage too fast

Hi, I'm continuously facing this issue of battery getting drained totally even my phone(M35 model) is on battery saving mode and also doing lite task on it (basically attending my class on 720p resolution for 3 hour, from 80% it goes down to 30%). The drain is so fast that it didn't feel like the phone has 6000mah battery in it. Don't know why is it happening. As I'm used every measure possible to resolve this issue but it is there, i have this phone purchased recently not more than 18 days. And there is also issue in its sensors while on a  call it is not working properly.

What can i say....just wanna have a good taste of samsung UI and functions that too in a budget

Samsung phones are like that only and their after sales is horrible.
Many customers like you, me and others regret wasting money upon them.

I also faced this YouTube issue where 4k60fps video get dropped down to 480p while streaming any content online

Kindly complaint to Samsung customer support through Samsung Members App as error report also send log files Along with this error report for this issue and wait for next update may be fix it by Samsung team soon.
