nooo, its about the apps i you gave data or files just connect your phone to pc and select all the files, Copy & paste, then do the factory rest ( will take 15min only) then copy & paste the data from the pc to phone and you're goot to install you apps also you can upolad them in cloud if you don't have a pc
See, this app checkif there is a sudden drop or sudden death of the battery on different protocols, but thankfully you don't have any of these which mean your battery is still healthy, for a while I though your battery needed to be calibrated but I cancelled this doubts when you said it also heats up, you must factory reset
