Battery Backup and Missing Features

In the Samsung M21 there is no features like knox security, Screen Recorder, edge lighting, Wifi WPS push button and many more as well as the A50 has. And battery Backup too worst to use. And they did not given any update after February security patch. I thought all samsung phones are same by software. Please provide that as soon as possible.

most of the m series does not have Knox security because of cost cutting. even battery performance is bad because it does not have dedicated proximity sensor for auto brightness so display takes a hit on battery. it uses it front camera as sensor

at least they can provide software features. Everyone knows that the 6000mAh battery is only the number.

Knox security can't given by software update rest of all features you maintained that can be given....and for good battery health please try to flash firmware by smart switch or by Odin or through authorised Samsung service center..don't simply download software through mobile data or little fluctuating wifi which is not the proper procedure or recommended to install software, this only procedure software holes and cause battery draining faster,game lag,ui lag,app crush, poor camera like issues

Right but M series hardware is strong, samsung cut some software facility like above mentioned, one more Gallery also not syncing to Samsung cloud for M series.
Lastly for knox security is hardware enable encryption which is not fulfilling only by update.
No need to worry all other handsets working without this.
But this should mentioned by samsung in detail. After all marketing policy.

actually I didn't know that the knox is hardware based.

Actually data protection chip(Ic) is there in mobile.It provide data protection.
