So you can try this app-https://play.google.com/store/apps/details?id=com.kimcy929.screenrecorder This is a very good alternative for Samsung recorder and also has a toggle for screen recording just like samsung gives. You can also set it and then hide the app then it will work just like any Samsung screeen recorder. Ik this is not the official way but we have no choice also
