I am facing a problem in m30s, during the call sometimes it happens the call is automatically going on hold becoz of the three dots menu may be touched with the ear, anyone having any solution regarding this. Thanks.

What's the three dot menu? I don't see it anywhere on the call screen. Plus check whether your proximity sensor is working because if you bring your phone closer to your ears the screen should automatically turn off.

Hi there,

 

To resolve the issue please follow the below mentioned steps:

>Perform Interactive checks through Samsung Members app (Samsung Member> Get Help> Interactive checks->Proximity Sensor).

>Reset the device settings by navigating to Settings >> General Management >> Reset >> Reset Settings.

>Check the issue in the safe mode.

For further assistance, register your concern in Samsung members app(Open Samsung members app>click on “+“icon>send feedback>Error report/ Ask Questions).

Try putting off "Double tap to wake up" in advanced settings.
