After the latest galaxy store update I accidentally  tick some app recommendations on the galaxy store . Now it is automatically install some unwanted apps. I don't know how to stop this.  Pls help..

Long press galaxy store app>>app info >> storage>>clear data>>back>>force stop>>tap on okay

I unchecked the marketing choice in settings menu. now it is not downloading any apps for sometime. is it ok or I need to clear data as you suggested. I primarily use galaxy store for only updating Samsung apps.

It is okay .I suggested clear data +force stop to instantly stop the downlod.
Be careful while using galaxy store unwanted apps(bloatware) installation is common on galaxy store.
Just untick the unwanted apps from app recommendation page and tap on continue as you have done now.👍

Galaxy store >> ••• More options >> settings >>Auto update apps >> choose NEVER option..👍👍

I have selected never option before this happens. I think it is not the reason for this.

ok bro sry... why u not try to turn off the INSTALL UNKNOWN APPS from this source on galaxy store in settings..?🤔🤔

Sir, Galaxy store is the part of samsung device it dosent require that permission.
And any way apps installed from galaxy store are not unknown source.

Samsung preloaded apps are updated only through galaxy store
