Auto rotating not working properly

Having auto rotation issue after 5.0 update 

Like I have to rotate manually watching youtube mx player but, samsung own app work fine .

Is this app fault or device not working properly

Clear user date and cache in mx player and one more thing lot of apps are not optimised for Android 13 so kindly wait
