My m31s keeps auto restarting. I have disabled auto restart in device care. Any solution?

No.
Plug in your charger to your phone. . Then turn off your phone. Let it display the charging %. Press and hold both power and volume down simultaneously until the Samsung logo comes up. Then release. From there choose wipe cache using the volume buttons for navigation and power key for selection. Don't worry, it will not delete anything.

It won't work with charger. You will have to use a pc/laptop or type c headphone

If you have followed all the steps mentioned here, then it may be a problem with your motherboard.
