Auto restart problems on m31,m21,A50,A51,A50s

I'm very very disappointed 

If u buy above model after one or warranty period got over all these devices are getting auto restart 

If i visit official showroom there they are saying that I have used the mobile while putting charger so the motherboard got damaged so I need to replace it 

The cost of motherboard is nearly 6.5k 

But I have 2 mobile m31 and m21 for my mom 

Both he devices are facing same problem my mom only is moderate user 

This is fully company manufacturing fault only company is responsible for this or other wise I'll go for human rights commission.

I have used A50 for more than 2.5 years...never had this problem...I think 9611 is at major fault....9610 is fine as far as I kn....cz all my friends with A50 are still using it...with no problems

Because these models comes with one year expiry to compit Chinese phone but Samsung doesn't succeed. My M31 is also not working. After 14 months uses only.

Not all Exynos 9611 users. No issues in Samsung Galaxy A51 ( Exynos 9611 ). Exynos 9611 is good for gaming
