Auto restart issue of M31

Is it not correct that the hardware issue be sorted out free of charge even if the device had exceeded the warranty period. 

The service centre where i enquired are demanding 9000 Rs for the issue correction

M31s model is very worst model. If released again this kind of nonsense model in feature no one buy samsung mobile

Because m31s i have purchased 1.5 year back. Got restart issue I tried many ways issue not resolved they told issue in motherboard so change it. That is cost 8000
