App update issue

Chrome and Android system WebView are not even downloading. It only shows pending......

I have tried clearing cache of playstore but no use.

Clear cache/data of play store and Google services, restart your device and try

Go to settings>applications>scroll down to Google play store>click 3 dots at top right corner>uninstall latest updates
