Annoying screen pop out every sec. Please help me

Hi, I think your side key is getting pressed unintentionally, select Side Key Settings and you can change the action of side key

Ok, but I have done that, it still pops up... So annoying

If that happens randomly without using or touching your phone so you might have a faulty power key, I advise you to visit the nearest Samsung Service Centre to check your phone.
