Today I have visited to Samsung service center reinstalled the new software after that I have checked in file manager android folder is empty how to get it any suggestions?
Not due to reinstall software from service centre, actually From android 11 it is restricted but you can access by download file explore app from playstore you can check this out

2. Click on internal storage
3.click on android, data click on continue
4. New page will open ,click on "use this folder
