Dear Samsung Team,

I am reporting a critical modem firmware bug introduced after the Android 15/One UI 7.0 update on my Galaxy M34 5G (Model: SM-M346B).

The Problem:
The device becomes completely unreachable for incoming calls and notifications after remaining idle and connected to a single cell tower for approximately 5-10 minutes. The modem enters an invalid, deep sleep state and fails to wake for the network's paging signal.

Key Evidence (Detailed Description):
I have clear video evidence of this bug but cannot attach it due to private information. The video demonstrates:

A call is placed to the device from a second phone.

The calling phone's screen shows the call is active but not connecting.

The Galaxy M34 5G screen remains black and silent, providing no alert of any kind.

The instant I wake the device by pressing the power button, the call immediately connects on the caller's screen and the phone begins to ring.

No missed call notification is ever generated on the device, proving it was completely offline to the network until manually awakened.

Technical Context:

Device-Specific: The issue occurs with multiple SIM cards from different carriers. The same SIMs work perfectly in other devices.

Tower-Dependent: The bug is temporarily reset by a cell tower handover (e.g., when traveling). After a handover, it takes 1-2 hours for the bug to reappear.

Software Regression: This behavior began immediately after the Android 15 update. A factory reset is not a solution, as it reinstalls the same faulty firmware.

This is a severe software regression in the modem's power management code. I am willing to provide the video evidence directly to an engineer via a secure channel if required. Please escalate this to the development team for an urgent software patch.

Kindly complain to Samsung customer care support through Samsung Members App as error report; also send log files along with this error report for this issue and wait for next update as it maybe fixed by Samsung team.
