Samsung’s One UI skin is based on Android, the upcoming One UI 3.0 will also be based on Google’s Android 11. Google has already released the developer preview of Android 11.

HOW  THIS LIST IS CREATED ?

Samsung gives 2 major OS update to most of its smartphones – If you have a Samsung Galaxy device running Andriod 9 Pie and One UI 1.0 out of the box, then you are eligible (technically) for the next 2 versions of Android (Android 10 and upcoming Android 11). We have listed all the devices running Android 10 OS with One UI 2.0, which launched with Android 9 Pie or higher. In addition, we also added a few more devices because we are sure those devices will receive the next Android OS.

To be more clear, you probably won’t get the third major OS update if you have already received two major OS updates.
