Android 10 update did not come for me, how i do?

I have a m30s, i live in Europe, but i'm still on android 9 november security patch. How i update? in the menù it did not find the update. Thanks

I too live in Greece ,mine is from amazon.es,Ive tried Smart Switch but nothing yet,as I see for the european model the update is not there yet.
