Android 10 for Samsung Galaxy M10 !!

As Many People were saying that Samsung will not provide Android 10 update for Galaxy M10 because it already has been upgraded to Android 9 from 8. BUT i asked question to the expert about this and he said that team is working on the update for M10 and later then what is this notice ? Seriously , will there be any android 10 update for M10 ?
