Alarm on Samsung

Alarm on my M30S and M01 core doesn't ring unless the clock app is running in the background.
Does anyone else face this problem?

Clear data of your clock app

You can use the vibration option also if you're phone is not sounding off it works in silent mode also

Sync your clock via internet it maybe lagging and make sure your time format is of india

Check for permissions in the clock app it maybe off to run in the background
