SAME Problem Facing On My Phone Alarm Icon Showing On Top but Alarm Already Turn Off Even Though 😂😂 
What is this Problem??? 🤣

This alarm icon bug can be solved by : 
Steps (Do one by one):
1. Clear data on the clock app
2. Get in to the Safe mode and 
3. Uninstall updates of *new* Samsung Members app .

This New updated Samsung Members app creating those alarm icon problems. 
The problem was fixed successfully on J7 Max
