Airtel mobile data not working in brand new Samsung M31

Hello,
I am using the airtel network from past 8 years. I have shifted to 4G 3 yrs back. I bought a Samsung Galaxy M31 handset recently and other features are working as expected but not the mobile data. When I switch on the mobile data, not a single application loads though I have ample data in my plan. I tried resetting APN to defaults and selected LTE/3G/2G(auto connect) and restarted 10 times. Mobile data works perfectly fine on my old device. Certainly, the issue is with the new Galaxy M31 phone. Please suggest to me a resolution to this. I am up to date with the software on the handset.

Once perform reset network settings

settings>general management>select reset>click on reset network settings

also select network manually

if problem still persists, better visit service center and get your device checked

Thanks @Sidhabhi..If i click on manual network it keeps loading for hours..fed up..planning to return the handset..

I'm also facing this issue. There is no way to solve this problem with required software update from Samsung. Samsung mobile are useless now. Purchase other smartphones.

visit nearest samsung center and throw phone instead of sim change at airtel
