After the june security update Netflix and Amazon Prime doesn't work on HD

I don't know what's the issue but it is just getting worse day by day. My m30s after the update no app can run the full hd videos. Any solutions??

i tried. Netflix is a system app. it won't work.but amazon prime works

It seems to be issue on Netflix Side because same is the case on my laptop.
Even though I have ultra hd Plan

same issue with me too... It is just pathetic software UI in handling Netflix playback... @samsungIndia please take note.

I already mentioned them on twitter. but unless they look close into matter I don't think I will solve anytime soon

They are saying to go to nearest service center or try uninstalling and reinstall the app
