As per your query, we would request you to kindly perform the following steps to resolve your issue.

Check the device in safe mode: Power off the device>Press and hold the Power key for one or two seconds to turn on the device>>When the Samsung logo appears, press and hold the Volume down key.

Update the software if available: https://www.samsung.com/in/support/mobile-devices/samsung-galaxy-smartphone-how-to-update-software/

Reset your device: https://www.samsung.com/in/support/mobile-devices/samsung-galaxy-mobile-how-to-perform-a-factory-res...

Also, share the problems with a log file. To share a log file, click on the Samsung Members Application (Open Samsung Members Application > Support> Tap on error report > Type your query > Send).

Hey folks.

A pink line had appeared on screen after software update some time back.I had taken my phone to Croma where I had bought it. They were not aware of replacement policy that Samsung has initiated. 


Now Samsung says the cut off date is over. Is it fair not to extend it to affected devices. There is no info about the policy that is easily accessible. 

Would like to know if there are other impacted users who are facing similar issue

Samsung should do something. Everyone with this device facing same issue. Free screen replacement is required.
Other brand like Oneplus at least acknowledged the issue trying to help their customer whereas Samsung just watching the drama. It's leading us to stay away from this brand.

as samsung is claiming to NCH that it happening to only the complainant and not others ,,SO LETS ADDRESS JURISDICTION AUTHORITIES TOO REGARDING THE MAJOR DISPLAY ISSUES FACED BY SHAMEsung M52 5G users
